Made from safe polypropylene fiber, this disposable medical terminally sterilized packaging material consists of one antibacterial layer and two tensile-resistant layers.
The meltblown layer is composed of continuous ultrafine fibers, providing excellent barrier properties against moisture, bacteria, microorganisms, and dust.
The fabric surface is uniform and full, meeting the requirements of YY/T 0698.2-2009 and EN 868-2.
It has a soft texture and hand feel, excellent filtration effect, and high strength, effectively preventing the intrusion of dust and harmful particles and cross-infection in the medical and health field.
It possesses high water pressure resistance and good air permeability. The anti-stick layer is composed of good continuous filaments, exhibiting good tensile strength, elongation, and wrapping performance.
Description
Disposable sterile nonwoven fabric wrappings are typically available in blue, green, white, purple, and pink. When double-wrapping, two colors can be used alternately: white for the inner wrapping and the colored one for the outer wrapping.
The purpose of this wrapping method is:
1. To make it easier for users to identify the number of layers of the instrument wrapping, preventing them from forgetting how many layers were wrapped or removing layers during unwrapping.
2. To make it easy to identify if the outer wrapping is damaged.
3. To use color differences to indicate the department of use, facilitating clinical work management and reducing efficiency. For example, pink for obstetrics and gynecology, purple for dentistry, green for operating rooms, and blue for wards, making it easier for medical staff to identify the instruments.
