Double-Sided Tape for Sterilization Pouches
This double-sided medical adhesive tape uses high-grade cotton paper as the carrier and is coated on both sides with medical-grade pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA).
It is specifically designed for dental and surgical sterilization pouches, offering excellent adhesion to paper, film, and Tyvek® materials while maintaining clean release and peelability after sterilization.

Sterilization Compatibility (Critical Requirement)
The adhesive tape must maintain its integrity, seal strength, and microbial barrier function following terminal sterilization under these specific conditions:
Steam Sterilization (Autoclave): Must withstand a cycle of 134 °C (273 °F).
Ethylene Oxide (EO) Gas Sterilization: Must withstand a cycle of 55 °C (131 °F) with the corresponding gas and humidity exposure.
