Sterilization Compatibility (Critical Requirement)
The adhesive tape must maintain its integrity, seal strength, and microbial barrier function following terminal sterilization under these specific conditions:
Steam Sterilization (Autoclave): Must withstand a cycle of 134 °C (273 °F).
Ethylene Oxide (EO) Gas Sterilization: Must withstand a cycle of 55 °C (131 °F) with the corresponding gas and humidity exposure.
